These snacks are a perfect match for my blood type A. I could eat them with abandon but just one or two can 'hit the spot', eliminating grehlin driven impulse to overeat. Moreover, no worries that I am eating foods that will result in unwanted weight gain, premature aging, or allergic reactions.
Keep Energy Squares near while at work or running errands. Keep bags on hand as healthy gift options and/or great idea for meeting planners to replace the usual damaging junk food.
We got a variety pack with carob spirulina, honey pistachio, and coconut fig...not sure which one we like the most, they're all so dang yummy!! I crumble a carob spirulina and coconut fig chunk over my yogurt every morning. So healthy, so delish!! AND the customer service has been great. Can't beat that these days.
